elementor - v3.10.1 - 17-01-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#818a91;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#818a91;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p><strong>&#8211; Ser\u00e1 votada en el pleno del Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo por las diversas bancadas partidistas<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Pachuca, Hgo., 12 de septiembre de 2024.-<\/strong>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Legislaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales, se aprob\u00f3 la minuta enviada por el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica referente a la Reforma del Poder Judicial, con 13 votos a favor y 4 en contra.<\/p><p>La votaci\u00f3n de los integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n, conformada por diputadas y diputados de los diferentes grupos legislativos, qued\u00f3 de la siguiente manera: Trece votos a favor por parte de Morena, el Partido Verde Ecologista y el Partido del Trabajo, mientras que cuatro votos en contra provinieron del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional, el Partido Revolucionario Institucional, Movimiento Ciudadano y el Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica.<\/p><p>Durante el an\u00e1lisis del dictamen, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n, diputada Lizbeth Ordaz Islas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se realizar\u00e1n modificaciones al documento, cumpliendo as\u00ed con el proceso legislativo para que sea votado posteriormente en el pleno del Congreso del Estado.<\/p><p>Destac\u00f3 que se escucharon los posicionamientos de las diversas bancadas, quienes argumentaron tanto a favor como en contra del dictamen.<\/p><p>Tras declararse legalmente constituidos los trabajos de la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Legislaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales, se asentaron los acuerdos en el acta correspondiente, y se notific\u00f3 la minuta de la Reforma al Poder Judicial a la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios Legislativos del Congreso del Estado.<\/p><p>Al t\u00e9rmino de la sesi\u00f3n, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa de trabajo con las y los trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Hidalgo, presidida por la diputada M\u00f3nica Reyes Mart\u00ednez, con el objetivo de escuchar sus inquietudes.<\/p><p>En respuesta a las demandas presentadas, la legisladora destac\u00f3 que el Congreso del Estado mantiene una pol\u00edtica de puertas abiertas, en la que el di\u00e1logo y el intercambio de ideas siempre ser\u00e1n escuchados.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-0f9ae5d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"0f9ae5d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-59a9561\" data-id=\"59a9561\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa64e5d elementor-aspect-ratio-169 elementor-widget elementor-widget-video\" data-id=\"fa64e5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;youtube_url&quot;:&quot;https:\\\/\\\/youtu.be\\\/eTCdmQKSTI4&quot;,&quot;video_type&quot;:&quot;youtube&quot;,&quot;controls&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;,&quot;aspect_ratio&quot;:&quot;169&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"video.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*!
