Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo.<\/p><p>Durante la Sesi\u00f3n, se explic\u00f3 que, una vez resuelta la impugnaci\u00f3n presentada sobre los resultados de la elecci\u00f3n de las Diputaciones Locales de Mayor\u00eda Relativa, este \u00d3rgano Electoral se encontr\u00f3 facultado para llevar a cabo la asignaci\u00f3n de las 12 curules por el principio de Representaci\u00f3n Proporcional, y para ello, observ\u00f3 el principio de paridad de g\u00e9nero con el prop\u00f3sito de hacer efectiva la igualdad sustantiva en la integraci\u00f3n del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Hidalgo.<\/p><p>Asimismo, se dijo que con base en el C\u00f3digo Electoral y en aras de dar cumplimiento a los principios de paridad flexible, alternancia de g\u00e9nero, igualdad sustantiva y no discriminaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el de auto organizaci\u00f3n de los Partidos Pol\u00edticos, fueron determinadas las 12 asignaciones, lo que permiti\u00f3 constituir la segunda Legislatura plural e inclusiva en la historia del estado, traducido en la integraci\u00f3n de 16 mujeres y 14 hombres, de los cuales, 8 personas son ind\u00edgenas: 6 mujeres y 2 hombres;
