En el mismo sentido, se dio cumplimiento a la Resoluci\u00f3n dictada por el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Hidalgo (TEEH) dentro del expediente TEEH-JDC-158\/2024 y sus Acumulados, relativo a Registros de Candidaturas de la Candidatura Com\u00fan \u201cFuerza y Coraz\u00f3n por Hidalgo\u201d.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Durante esta misma Sesi\u00f3n, se aprob\u00f3 el reajuste de Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Gastos de Campa\u00f1a que recibir\u00e1n las Candidaturas Independientes e Independientes Ind\u00edgenas, y el Tope de Financiamiento Privado.<\/p><p><strong>Registro de Candidaturas relativas a sustituciones por renuncias o para los cargos que quedaron en reserva en los Acuerdos relativos a la determinaci\u00f3n de procedencia de las solicitudes de Registro de Planillas presentadas para el Proceso Electoral Local 2023-2024 de Ayuntamientos.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Con respecto al Registro de las Candidaturas relativas a sustituciones en los cargos que quedaron en reserva de las figuras contendientes antes mencionadas, se precis\u00f3 que, posterior a un an\u00e1lisis de procedencia de registro por parte de las Direcciones Ejecutivas encargadas de realizar la dictaminaci\u00f3n correspondiente y con base en el cumplimiento de los requisitos constitucionales, legales y documentales, as\u00ed como de las Reglas Inclusivas de Postulaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan corresponda para cada Partido Pol\u00edtico, Candidatura Com\u00fan y Candidaturas Independientes, \u00e9stas fueron aprobadas de Independientes e Independientes Ind\u00edgenas, y el Tope de Financiamiento Privado para el Proceso Electoral Local 2023-2024; se precis\u00f3 que estas candidaturas tienen derecho a recibir Financiamiento P\u00fablico para gastos de campa\u00f1a y para efectos de la distribuci\u00f3n de dicho Financiamiento, las Candidaturas Independientes e Independientes Ind\u00edgenas ser\u00e1n consideras, en su conjunto, como un Partido Pol\u00edtico de nuevo registro.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Al respecto, se explic\u00f3 que con base en el art\u00edculo 51 de la Ley General de Partidos Pol\u00edticos, el Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Partidos Pol\u00edticos Locales se determina anualmente multiplicando el n\u00famero total de ciudadan\u00eda inscrita en el Padr\u00f3n Electoral del Estado de Hidalgo, a la fecha del corte de julio de cada a\u00f1o, por el sesenta y cinco por ciento del valor de la UMA; en el mismo orden de ideas, se destac\u00f3 que, posterior a las resoluciones respecto de los ciudadanos Pedro Canales Vega as\u00ed como Ren\u00e9 Assef Silahua Abirrached, resulta necesario realizarse el ajuste correspondiente al Financiamiento P\u00fablico a que tienen derecho 21 planillas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En consecuencia, cada una de las candidaturas aprobadas en el Acuerdo IEEH\/CG\/80\/2024 deber\u00e1n reembolsar a este Instituto la cantidad de $5,345.08 (cinco mil trescientos cuarenta y cinco pesos 08\/100 M.N.); lo anterior para no violentar los preceptos legales y contar con una equidad en la contienda electoral.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Por cuanto hace al financiamiento privado que podr\u00e1 recibir una Candidatura Independiente, se inform\u00f3
