{"id":49900,"date":"2024-04-25T18:11:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T18:11:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.septinoticias.com.mx\/?p=49900"},"modified":"2024-04-25T18:12:33","modified_gmt":"2024-04-25T18:12:33","slug":"ieeh-aprueba-solicitudes-de-sustitucion-para-ayuntamientos-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.septinoticias.com.mx\/?p=49900","title":{"rendered":"IEEH Aprueba Solicitudes de Sustituci\u00f3n Para Ayuntamientos 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"49900\" class=\"elementor elementor-49900\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-20bbcd3b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"20bbcd3b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-33be02ef\" data-id=\"33be02ef\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c4a91f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c4a91f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*! elementor - v3.10.1 - 17-01-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#818a91;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#818a91;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>Pachuca, Hgo., 24 de abril de 2024.-El Instituto Estatal Electoral de Hidalgo (IEEH), aprob\u00f3, durante la Cuarta Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Consejo General del mes de abril, la determinaci\u00f3n de Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Gastos de Campa\u00f1a que recibir\u00e1n las Candidaturas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena, y el Tope de Financiamiento Privado para el Proceso Electoral Local 2023-2024; asimismo, se present\u00f3 el Informe respecto a la solicitud de Medidas de Protecci\u00f3n a dos Candidatos del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI).<\/p><p>Durante esta misma Sesi\u00f3n fueron aprobadas las Solicitudes de Registro a las candidaturas relativas a las Sustituciones en los cargos que quedaron en Reserva en el Acuerdo relativo a la determinaci\u00f3n de procedencia de las solicitudes de Registro de Planillas presentadas por los Partidos Pol\u00edticos Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN); PRI; Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM); del Trabajo (PT); Movimiento Ciudadano (MC); de las Candidaturas Comunes \u201cFuerza y Coraz\u00f3n por Hidalgo\u201d y \u201cSeguiremos Haciendo Historia en Hidalgo\u201d; as\u00ed como de las Candidaturas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Determinaci\u00f3n de Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Gastos de Campa\u00f1a que recibir\u00e1n las Candidaturas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena, y el Tope de Financiamiento Privado<\/p><p>Por lo que hace a la Determinaci\u00f3n de Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Gastos de Campa\u00f1a que recibir\u00e1n las Candidaturas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena, y el Tope de Financiamiento Privado para el Proceso Electoral Local 2023-2024 en el que habr\u00e1 de renovarse el Congreso Local, as\u00ed como los Ayuntamientos del Estado de Hidalgo; se precis\u00f3 que estas candidaturas tienen derecho a recibir Financiamiento P\u00fablico para gastos de campa\u00f1a y para efectos de la distribuci\u00f3n de dicho financiamiento, las Candidaturas Independientes e Independiente Ind\u00edgena ser\u00e1n consideras, en su conjunto, como un Partido Pol\u00edtico de nuevo registro.<\/p><p>Al respecto, se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con base en el art\u00edculo 51 de la Ley General de Partidos Pol\u00edticos, se especifica que el Financiamiento P\u00fablico para Partidos Pol\u00edticos Locales se determina anualmente multiplicando el n\u00famero total de ciudadan\u00eda inscrita en el Padr\u00f3n Electoral del Estado de Hidalgo, a la fecha del corte de julio de cada a\u00f1o, por el 65% del valor de la UMA. votos a favor y los votos particulares de la Consejera Electoral Miriam Saray Pacheco Mart\u00ednez, quien consider\u00f3 que se presentaba falta de certeza sobre las candidaturas que fueron sustituidas; as\u00ed como la manifestaci\u00f3n de desconocimiento de p\u00e1rrafos contenidos en el Acuerdo del PRI y el PVEM.<\/p><p>Por lo que hace a la Candidatura Com\u00fan \u201cSeguiremos Haciendo Historia en Hidalgo\u201d, dichas sustituciones fueron aprobadas con 6 votos a favor, con los votos concurrentes de las Consejer\u00edas Electorales representadas por Ariadna Gonz\u00e1lez Morales y Christian Uziel Garc\u00eda Reyes, quienes\u00a0 consideraron que debieron ser aprobadas las sustituciones de la totalidad de los Partidos Pol\u00edticos ingresadas con fecha 19 de abril y as\u00ed no tener un trato diferenciado con los mismos; y finalmente, el voto particular de la Consejera Electoral Miriam Saray Pacheco Mart\u00ednez, por las consideraciones ya referidas en el solicitud de Medidas de Protecci\u00f3n a dos candidatos del PRI, se inform\u00f3 que derivado de que el Representante de este Partido hizo de conocimiento a este Instituto sobre amenazas recibidas a dichos candidatos; se realizaron las gestiones necesarias para que la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica otorgara de manera inmediata la atenci\u00f3n conducente a la solicitud de seguridad y
