Este aumento no refleja necesariamente un incremento en la incidencia de la enfermedad, sino una mejor cobertura en la detecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p><p>Municipios como San Bartolo Tutotepec y Huejutla de Reyes han sido los m\u00e1s afectados, lo que indica la necesidad de fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n y el diagn\u00f3stico temprano.<\/p><p>Para combatir la diabetes mellitus tipo 2, que es la forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan de la enfermedad, se recomienda realizar al menos 30 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica diaria, mantener un peso adecuado y consumir alimentos saludables.<\/p><p>Asimismo, es vital reducir el consumo de az\u00facares, grasas y sal, y optar por agua natural en lugar de bebidas azucaradas.<\/p><p>La detecci\u00f3n temprana es esencial; por lo tanto, se aconseja acudir al m\u00e9dico ante cualquier s\u00edntoma, como sed excesiva, orinar frecuentemente o cansancio constante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*En el 2024, Hidalgo registr\u00f3 21 casos de diabetes mellitus tipo 1, cifra que aument\u00f3 a 32 casos en 2025, representando un incremento del 52.4%.
